　　Jeme Tienyow Honors College, in accordance with the requirements for the construction of the emerging technical college, takes the advantages of the first-class disciplines of Beijing Jiaotong University, creates two types of innovative top-notch talent training test fields, the "Plateau Plan" and the "Peak Plan", and deepens the reform of the four-way talent training model including "undergraduate and postgraduate integration, discipline integration, industry-university integration, and international integration". Jeme Tienyow Honors College will educate talents for the Party, for the country, cultivate future technology leaders who have home country feelings, world minds, serve the strategy of building a strong country in transportation, and lead the development of smart transportation.
