Ma Tai, male, Han nationality, started working in July 2008. He is a master of software engineering, a doctoral student in logistics management, and an assistant researcher. He has served as the Counselor of the College of Science, the Deputy Director of the Employment Guidance Office of the Office of Admissions and Career Service, the Deputy Director of the Office of External Liaison and Cooperation, the Director of the Contract Management Office, and the Deputy Director of the Admissions Office of the College of Undergraduate Students. He is currently the Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean of Jeme Tienyow Honors College.

He has participated in the construction of the employment projects of Ministry of Education and of Beijing level, presided over or participated in many school-level employment and ideological and political projects, and published many papers. He serves as a teacher of Career Guidance, a planner of global career, and has accumulated a lot of experience in college students' ideological and political education, career guidance, and the consultation of college entrance examination admissions selection.

He has been awarded the honorary titles of Advanced Individual of "Three Aspects of Education" of Beijing Jiaotong University, Advanced Individual of College Employment in Beijing Area, Advanced Instructor of Professional Student Associations in Beijing Colleges, and Outstanding Party Worker of Party Committee of Directly Subordinate Organs.
